Build & Deploy
A Working Prototype
In One Day
What if the next tool your business needs didn't cost hundreds or thousands per month because you built and maintain it yourself? The Sprint teaches you how, and you'll have a working prototype by the end of the day.

The Problem
You've Known Exactly What Should Be Automated. You Just Couldn't Justify the Cost.
Every business has processes that should be automated. Reports that get assembled by hand. Data that moves between systems through copy-paste. Workflows held together by spreadsheets and good intentions.
You know these problems exist. You have probably tried to fix some of them.
Here is what that usually looks like: You find a development agency or freelancer. You go through weeks of scoping. They quote you $30,000 to $100,000+. You wait months for delivery. When it arrives, it does not quite work the way you described. More rounds of revisions. More invoices. And when you finally get it running, you are locked into paying that team every time something needs to change.
Meanwhile, the problem you were trying to solve six months ago has already evolved.
There is a better way. And your competitors are already figuring it out.

One person. One week. Full ownership.
Running for as little as $5/month.
Applications that used to cost $50,000 and take six months can now be built by one person in a week and run for less than the cost of a single SaaS subscription. The only question is whether your business leads or follows.
From Pre-Work to Deployed
The Sprint starts before Sprint day. You'll complete pre-work on your own schedule, then we build all day.
Setup, Ideation & Orientation
Before Sprint day, you'll complete three things on your own schedule. First, install and configure your development environment (Claude Code, Node.js, npm, Docker, VS Code/Cursor, Git, GitHub) using our step-by-step video walkthroughs. Second, watch the ideation videos, work through the planning process, and build your Product Requirements Document (PRD). Your PRD must be submitted at least one day before the Sprint so we can review it and provide notes. Third, watch the orientation video so you know how the day flows and how to use Claude Code effectively. We do all of this ahead of time so every minute of Sprint day is spent building.
Tools you'll install
What you’ll have ready
Your environment is set up, your PRD is reviewed with instructor feedback, and you're ready to build.

Case Studies
Built With the Business AI Process. Running in Production.
These systems were built using the exact process taught in the course. No outside developers. No agency. One builder, the Problem to Product workflow, and AI-powered tools.
A Complete Lead Orchestration Engine
A Complete Lead Orchestration Engine
Outbound lead generation involves deduplication, suppression lists, data enrichment, multi-source merging, and API coordination. Most companies stitch this together with fragile, manual processes. LeadLoom was built to replace all of it.
The result
Phase 1 was built in less than 10 days. LeadLoom is live and fully automating lead enrichment and outreach for website visitors. When someone visits the site, the system identifies them, enriches their data, and triggers personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn, all without manual intervention. The system is expected to generate over $2,000 in additional monthly recurring revenue.
“All of these were built by one person using the exact process you'll learn in Business AI.”

25 Years of Building Software. Now Teaching You How.
I've spent 25 years as a developer, designer, product owner, CTO, and CEO, building software for companies like Delta, Coca-Cola, and Lyft. I've built, scaled, and sold technology companies. And recently, I've watched businesses burn $100,000+ and the better part of a year on apps that one person could build in weeks.
That's why I built Business AI. The tools exist now to collapse the time, cost, and complexity of building real software by orders of magnitude. Most people don't know how to use them yet. This course is the bridge.
I don't teach theory. I teach the exact process I use every day to build production-ready apps for real businesses.

The Window Is Open.
It Will Not Stay Open Forever.
Every month, more businesses are discovering they can build their own software with AI. The companies that move first will build internal capabilities their competitors cannot match. The ones that wait will spend the next five years trying to catch up.
Jason Long has spent 25 years building software and leading technology companies, from small agencies to enterprise organizations including Delta, Coca-Cola, and Lyft. He has served as a private equity operational CEO managing SaaS assets in high-compliance environments. This is not theory. This is the exact process he uses every day.
